The secret of a strong and beautiful
belly lies in the activity of your small intestines. Properly
working small intestines guarantee beautiful skin, no problems
with being blocked up or gas pains inthe intestines and
makes you loose fat - in short - reward you with a strong
and beautiful belly.
This is what you have to do:
Step 1. Find
the spot about 9 cm below your navel (the so-called Kangen-point)
and press it gently with both index and middle finger of
both hands.
Step 2. Now,
place your fingers on your left Tensu-point, a spot about
6 cm on the left of your navel, aud press gently. Then find
your Tensu-point on the right side of your navel and press
that one gently,too.
Step 3. Now
move to your Chukan-point, which lies approx, 12 cm above
your navel, and press gently.
Press these four points
twice a day (in the morning and in thc evening) and - of
course - don't forget to breathe proporly into your abdomen.
This is all it takes to gain a strong and beautiful belly
and to recharge your energy levels.
